Gluten Free Bread

gluten free bread so easy, my husband can do it

just the recipe - no life story included ;)

Dry Ingredients:

2.5 cup gluten free flour (Bob’s Red Mill recommended red bag, NOT 1:1 blue bag)

2.5 teaspoons RapidRise Yeast

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon xantham gum

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 cup sugar, or maybe a little extra..

Wet Ingredients:

1.5 cup really warm water

1.5 cup oil (we use avocado or EVOO)

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

9 tablespoons egg whites

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add in wet ingredients, mix with a utensil

  3. Once combined, add to a blender with dough setting (we use the Ninja) or a kitchen mixer with the bread attachment.

  4. Add into bread loaf pan - cover with foil and kitchen towel and let rise in a warm area for 30 minutes. (we have a bread proof setting on our oven we use)

  5. Once risen, preheat oven to 350 f. Once preheated, cook for 30 minutes.

  6. Enjoy once cooled!
